I have a lovely 4-bedroom duplex on Naftali Street available.

Flat includes:
* Cable TV, telephone and hi-speed internet connection.
* 4 single beds and 1 double bed.
* 3 bathrooms.
* Fully furnished with American washer / dryer, American oven / 

   stove-top, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.

* Full kosher kitchen, including dishes, pots and cutlery.

* Gorgeous views from the downstairs garden and upstairs balcony.

* Private parking for one car.

The cost is $700 per week, with a sliding discount for extended stays. 

There is also a one-time fee of NIS 200 for cleaning.

Also not included in the price is electricity and telephone. 

Electricity depends mostly on how much you use the a/c.              

There are two mini-mercazi units, one on each floor.
